- Browse available Domestic Manager profiles.
- Use the search filters to narrow your options based on your preferences.
- When you’ve found a suitable match, click Begin Placement.
Our team will then guide you through the placement process, including interviews where required, to help you find the right Domestic Manager for your household.

Yes. Every Domestic Manager listed on MyDM undergoes a verification process before their profile is published. 8. Can I hire for part-time or live-out positions?
Yes. MyDM supports a variety of employment arrangements, including full-time, part-time, live-in, and live-out positions. Simply use the search filters while browsing profiles to find Domestic Managers who match your preferred arrangement.
9. Can I request a Domestic Manager with specific skills or experience?
Yes. You can refine your search using a range of filters, including profession, skills, years of experience, languages spoken, salary expectations, availability, and more, helping you find the Domestic Manager best suited to your household’s needs.
10. How long does the placement process take?
The placement process begins as soon as you click Begin Placement. The timeline will depend on factors such as your location, interview preferences, and any specific requirements you may have. In many cases, placements can be completed within one business day.

MyDM is open to individuals seeking opportunities as Housekeepers (Househelps), Nannies, Caregivers, and Caretakers. We welcome professionals who are committed to providing quality household services, as well as individuals who are willing to learn, develop their skills, and uphold honesty, professionalism, and integrity. 2. Why do you use the title "Domestic Manager"?
At MyDM, we use the term Domestic Manager to reflect the professionalism, responsibility, and value of those who support and help manage households every day. We believe the title recognises the important role these professionals play and reflects the dignity and respect the profession deserves.
3. Is registration free?
Yes. Registration on MyDM is completely free for all Domestic Managers.
4. What documents do I need to register?
The documents required will be listed during the registration process. While requirements may vary depending on the role, you will generally be asked to provide identification and other documents needed for verification.
5. How do I improve my chances of getting hired?
Complete your profile accurately and provide all the required information and documents to help speed up the verification process. A complete, honest, and well-presented profile is more likely to attract employers. Where additional training is recommended, completing the training can further strengthen your profile.
6. Will MyDM guarantee me a job?
No. MyDM does not guarantee employment. Instead, MyDM helps increase your visibility to potential employers by providing a professional platform where verified Domestic Managers can showcase their skills and experience. While we create opportunities and facilitate placements, the final hiring decision always rests with the employer.
7. How will I know if an employer is interested?
If an employer selects your profile and begins the placement process, our team will contact you and guide you through the next steps, including interviews or any additional requirements where applicable.
8. Can I update my profile after registration?
Yes. Simply log in to your MyDM account and select Update Profile to edit your information whenever needed.
9. Will my personal information be kept confidential?
Yes. We take your privacy seriously and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. Your information is only used as necessary to support the verification and placement process.
10. Does MyDM provide training?
Yes. As part of our commitment to professionalising domestic work, MyDM offers training opportunities where needed. During the verification process, we may assess your skills and recommend training to help you strengthen your profile and improve your employment opportunities.
11. Can I apply for more than one domestic profession?
Yes. If you have the skills and experience for more than one profession, you can select multiple roles during registration. This allows employers searching for different types of household professionals to discover your profile.
12. How do I join MyDM?
Simply click Sign Up, create your account, and complete your profile. Once your information has been reviewed and successfully verified, your profile will become available to employers searching for qualified Domestic Managers.
